With 47 full-time employees, DUEÑAS & ASSOCIATES, INCORPORATED is
one of Micronesia's largest engineering consulting firms. Since
1979, D&A has been providing civil engineering, planning and surveying
as well as project design and construction management services for
Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Federated
States of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands and Belau. Our services
now include Structural Engineering, Geographic Information Systems
Applications, Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering,
and Mechanical Engineering. The firm is equipped with supporting
state-of-the-art field equipment including a real-time Global Positioning
System (GPS) and a laser, reflectorless Rangefinder for surveying;
air monitoring equipment; field immuno-assay analytical kits; non-destructive
electro-magnetic detection and ultrasonic testing equipment for
in-situ testing of concrete structures, soil and groundwater sampling
equipment; and several field vehicles. To complement and support
field operations, the firm maintains over 30 desktop computers,
including dedicated CADD work stations with full-board digitizers;
printing and reproduction machines; pen, ink jet and electrostatic
plotters; and a two-way radio system for enhanced field-office communications.

INCORPORATED is a wholly locally-owned and Guam-based firm, with
a permanent branch office in Saipan. All contracted work is performed
on Guam or Saipan by staff who reside permanently within the Marianas.
Fees for these professional services are reasonably priced, since
they do not reflect inflated costs for overhead and travel from
the U.S. Mainland or Hawaii. Because D&A principals, professional,
technical and administrative staff live and work in the Pacific
Rim, we are fully responsible, accountable for and committed to
the services delivered by the Firm to our clients.
